Payless Car Rental is a privately held company and is part of the Avalon Global Group of companies. Founded in 1971, it was a small hometown operation in Spokane Washington. In our fourth decade of proven success, Payless® has grown to over 80 locations in 20 countries.

Cooperative Agreement formed with Sixt Rent A Car. Sixt has a presence in over 60 countries and 2,400 service outlets.
