Toronto is a great city to spend time with friends and family at Christmas time. There are numerous activities for the whole family including parades, craft fairs in busy malls, and Christmas-themed shows. Visitors to Toronto can enjoy the Cavalcade of Lights, which begins with a spectacular fireworks show and music concerts in Nathan Phillips Square. 2010 is the 44th Annual Cavalcade and will include performances by Shawn Desman, Divine Brown and Sarah Slean. After the fireworks at 8pm there is an outdoor skating party celebrating 40 years of the JUNO Awards.
