About This Location
GENERAL DIRECTIONS
Airline Passengers - North Terminal- services Continental, Northwest & Luthansa airlines- Upon arrival, follow the Ground Transportation signs to the lower level baggage claim area. After claiming luggage, go 1 floor up to the Walkway to Ground Transportation. Look for the Payless car rental shuttle bus.
South Terminal - services All other US airline carriers- Upon arrival, follow the "Ground Transportation" signs to the lower level baggage claim area. Exit the building, cross the street & look for the Payless car rental shuttle bus.
International Terminal - services International based carriers - Upon arrival, use the courtesy phone in baggage claim to call for pickup.
Local Renters - From I-94 East bound, exit at Middle Belt Road, turn right at the light, go approximately 1/2 mile and turn right on Lucas Drive. Payless is located at the end of the street on the right side.
CARS: Customers will be shuttled to vehicles. Shuttle bus will take customers from the terminal to the Car Rental Facility. Location is approx 1 mile from the airport terminal.
