IMPORTANT - LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is currently under major construction. All customers to expect delays getting to our facility and back. Due to construction at the time of vehicle return all customers should allow for 2 hours or less before flight for return back to the airport. Note - Port Authority will have signage throughout LGA to help customers. COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS Payless provides courtesy shuttle service to and from LGA. Upon arrival at LGA and after claiming your baggage, exit terminal & proceed to Rental Car Bus Stop area. Please note in terminal B, this is on the upper level. Please also note the shuttle is shared with Avis Rent A Car & is available during business hours. Starting on the 15th of November, LGA will be moving to a consolidated bussing plan. All customers from any terminal except the Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A) will get on a Port Authority Bus labeled "Red/Blue Route" which will then take them to a common bus stop at the Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A). The customer will then have to walk through the Marine Air Terminal Lobby and proceed to cross the street to the rental car common Bus waiting area. Payless customers will proceed to the Avis shuttle bus; which will then take customers directly to Car Rental Facility. Upon arrival all customers will proceed to the Budget/Payless counter. All returning customers will be taken from the Car Rental Facility back to the common bus area located at the Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A). Customers will then get on the Port Authority Bus labeled "Red/Blue Route" depending on which terminal they are headed to.
